Our Spicy Hawaiian Seaweed Sea Salt is made with 100% Pure Hawaiian Salt, hand harvested on our own Kona Salt Farm from mineral-rich and pristine deep ocean water. We blend this salt in our Honolulu kitchen with Big Island seaweed and a touch of leek.
Spirulina, our seaweed, is considered to be the most complete naturally cultivated nutrient in the world. Grown on the sunny cost of Kona, this local Spirulina is rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, chlorophyll and enzymes. It is also really tasty and makes a great salt flavor. When you add a little leek and chili pepper, it makes for a unique flavor profile that is delicious on seafood dishes, raw fish and poke or try it just on rice or on roasted corn on the cob with lime.
